Brigantis are a music group from Manchester who play songs of loving unity from all over the world. Cultures everywhere on our globe have connected with divine sources and created beautiful, powerful songs and poetry. They adapt and give voice to these treasures, with a wide range of instruments, inviting those gathered to join in creating a unique, blissful, transformative experience for all.
For over a decade, yoga has been my way to stay centred and balanced while raising three children. What began as a personal journey turned into a passion for sharing movement and mindfulness. I now teach both dynamic and restorative yoga, inspired by ADHO Yoga — a unique Ukrainian method blending strength, alignment and awareness. My classes often include sound healing with singing bowls, helping students unwind and reconnect. Yoga, for me, is a lifelong path of balance and discovery — and I’m honoured to share it with others.
