Our Guests
  • Tetiana Derevets
    Yoga trainer
My name is Tetiana Derevets, and I am a certified yoga teacher and a proud member of Yoga Alliance.
My yoga journey began over 10 years ago, when yoga helped me find balance and peace while raising my three young children. What started as personal practice soon grew into a passion for teaching, and for the past 8 years I have been sharing both power and restorative yoga. Several years ago, I discovered ADHO Yoga, a unique and highly respected style in Ukraine. This method combines strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and alignment, making yoga accessible for everyone. I also integrate sound healing with singing bowls into my classes, creating a deeper sense of relaxation and inner harmony. For me, yoga is a lifelong path of growth, and I feel grateful to guide others on their journey toward health, balance, and self-discovery.
