Welcome to Meditation Steps, a non-commercial project, committed to supporting individuals worldwide in enhancing their lives through meditation and yoga, including asanas, diet, and yogic principles. Our project has a presence in over 30 countries.

In the UK, our community is buzzing with weekly online meditations, frequent offline events and retreats, community chats, and social media channels. We are here to guide individuals in learning meditation and cultivating a new habit.
