    Experience vocal yoga with mantra chanting and spiritual songs, a soulful journey that uplifts and creates a serene, vibrant atmosphere. Plus, enjoy a talent concert!

    Delicious, healthy, vegetarian & vegan food cooked at the venue ( 3 meals per day, included in the ticket price)
  • Kirtan and meditation
    We'll engage in two types of meditation: dynamic and static. This includes chanting mantra, followed by a meditative practice.

    Rajadhiraj yoga - a system of yoga that requires no special physical training and is designed to calm the mind and enhance the quality of meditation

Our teachers
Our teachers are highly experienced meditation instructors who have received training in yoga monasteries. With a profound understanding of yoga philosophy and practices, they will guide you during the retreat.
  • Dada Sadānanda

    Monk, yoga and meditation teacher, and founder of the online educational project Lessons of Meditation and its eponymous YouTube channel, which has over half a million subscribers.

    He has been practising yoga and meditation for 29 years and teaching since 2000. Over this time, he has personally initiated and guided more than 2,000 practitioners, and around 470,000 people have been introduced to a universal meditation technique through his work. He has trained more than 80 instructors in yoga and basic meditation.

    Dada spent three years in yogic monasteries in Sweden and India, and he conducts seminars worldwide every year. He is also the organiser of a holistic development centre.

  • Didi Ananda Manika

    Didi Ananda Manika was ordained in 1994 as a Yogic nun in the tantric tradition. She worked as a meditation teacher and a community service organiser for some years in her native India. After that, she worked in Nepal in a similar capacity for several years. Since 2004 Didi has been teaching meditation and yoga in Europe, first in Norway and then since 2005 in UK. She is widely respected for her experience and teaching of meditation and yoga. As well she is the Principal and Director for two progressive schools in London. She also conducts meditation retreats throughout the year. As a teacher of yogic meditation Didi’s primary focus is for women and girls. She is available for appointments and consultations on meditation, yoga exercises and other concerns..

    My name reflects a spiritual ideal:

    Dāna – to give, to serve selflessly

    Vīira– courage, the spirit of a hero

    Ānanda – bliss


    Together, it means:

    “One who finds bliss in courageous, selfless service.”


    For over 11 years of missionary life, I have traveled across different parts of the world—serving communities, organizing relief efforts, and guiding individuals on the path of spirituality.


    My journey is dedicated to service, inner growth, and sharing the joy of a purposeful life.

These themes are expressed honestly, without hesitation over a folky, bluesy, sometimes light rock style.

    Musician
    Devashish (Deva Dave) is a Manchester based musician, community space manager, electrician, father, dog owner and all round life enthusiast. He’s been engaged in his daily meditation practice for 20+ years and studied comparative religion, political life and anthropology to MA level, was a secondary school teacher for 15 years. He now describes himself as and ‘in a playful, curious state, seeking other mystics to explore truth through play with’.
  • Alex Dmochowski
    Musician
    Alex born and raised in Hackney, he has been around music from all over the world since a young age. After first picking the clarinet at 6 years old and the saxophone at 12, Alex went on to graduate from Trinity Laban Conservatoire. He is currently playing music from varied and rich cultures in bands with musicians from Ghana, India, and South America. Each of these projects continue to inspire and humble him on a daily basis, heavily influencing his own work.
  • Catarina Carvalho
    Musician
    Catarina is a Portuguese classically trained singer and sound artist.
    Her passion is blending wisdom from different cultures, using various sound-inspired practices and techniques.
    Catarina’s work includes Music in Community, using singing and chanting to better people’s mental and physical health, aiming to improve their quality of life.

  • Yoga mat
    Bring your yoga mat, meditation pillow and blanket
  • Clothes
    Simple, comfortable clothing. Do not wear transparent, revealing (above the elbow and knees), too tight clothing that attracts attention.
  • Personal items
    Toiletries, towel, personal hygiene items, indoor shoes or warm socks for the hall
  • Good attitude
    No alcohol, tobacco, fowl language will be allowed.

  • 100% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 15–29 days before the retreat start date.
  • No refund for cancellations made 0–14 days before the retreat start date.

The manor is surrounded by fields and woodland, offering a serene setting.

Parking is available for cars and motorcycles.

Accommodation options include double rooms, twin rooms, and shared male and female dormitory rooms (5–10 beds per dorm). All accommodation has shared bathroom facilities. Non-electric tent pitches will also be available.
